We also collect product and device usage data such as feature usage, performance signals, browser type, operating system, and viewport size.

We use your data to operate the service, maintain account access, respond to requests, improve the product, and communicate important updates. We may also use aggregated and de-identified information for analytics and product improvement.

4. Service providers and processors

We work with third-party providers that support identity, infrastructure, communications, payments, analytics, and service delivery.

Each provider processes only the information needed for its role. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Account data is stored behind access controls, with encrypted transport and encrypted storage for sensitive tokens. Active account data is retained while your account is active. After account deletion, account data is purged within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

Signed-in users can use in-product export and deletion tooling where available. You can also email us to exercise these rights.

8. Children's privacy

The service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice in product or by email.
