Terms of Service — DeepKnowing

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service are between you and DeepKnowing. By accessing or using the DeepKnowing service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

DeepKnowing is a software service that is currently being offered through a controlled private release.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content; attempt to bypass safety or approval controls; violate applicable laws; infringe on the rights of others; or distribute malware or spam. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Accounts and access

Access may be limited, revoked, or delayed while the service remains in private release. You are responsible for safeguarding your account access and for activities that occur under your account.

5. Data and privacy

Your data is processed to provide the service. Conversations, tasks, and artifacts are stored and used only to deliver requested functionality and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you create using the service, including documents, artifacts, and other outputs, subject to third-party provider terms where applicable. The service itself, including software, design, and branding, remains the property of DeepKnowing.

7. Billing

If paid access is offered, applicable billing terms will be presented at the time of purchase. Refunds are offered at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. AI outputs should be reviewed before you rely on them and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepKnowing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security concerns, or misuse of the service. Where feasible, we may provide notice before termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after those changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
